Community Partnerships for Change

The purposes of Community Partnerships for Change (CP4C) shall be limited to charitable, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.

Community Partnerships for Change promotes through inter and multi-racial cooperation the development of a secure and exemplary American democracy by assisting communities to ameliorate conditions and solve problems arising out of racial inequities and economic disparities within the American community.

To combat these challenges, Community Partnerships for Change is organized to educate and empower residents of the State of New Jersey to become the catalyst for positive transformative community change by increasing opportunities for human capacity development and civic participation.

Community Partnerships for Change is a charitable and educational organization which, based on social work and community engagement, emphasizes organizing groups within the community to address their own needs by leveraging internal and external resources. 

Through research, fact finding, and the study of best practices, CP4C seeks to influence community planning, develop effective demonstration programs, initiate other constructive activities, project future needs and objectives, and foster cooperative relationships among institutions, groups and individuals having a common involvement in the community and its welfare.
