New York State Civic Engagement Table

The NYS Civic Engagement Table is a statewide collaboration of community organizing and issue organizing groups. The NYS Civic Engagement Table Leadership Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading a statewide initiative to recruit and train leaders from around the state on a number of civic and electoral skills, support the flow of community members up the leadership development pipeline towards meaningful decision making roles in their neighborhoods, spearhead a project on projecting a progressive message on the economy, and be a training and leadership development resource for the varied organizations that form the NYS Civic Engagement Table. The Leader Development Coordinator will be responsible for program development, curriculum development, recruitment, training, and support of allied organizations and leaders.
