About us

In 1987, a civil war drove an estimated 20,000 young boys from their families and villages in Sudan. The Lost Boys are survivors of this war. Approximately 100 Lost Boys and Girls have settled in San Diego. The foundation was created in order to help meet the growing needs of the Lost Boys who have now settled in San Diego. Our mission is to foster community-based assistance to the Lost Boys and Girls of Sudan living in the San Diego County.
