CoreAlign is building a staff and consultant team that thrives in a start-up environment of rapid change and programmatic evolution. Since movement-building and large-scale social problem solving is complex and mostly unknown, we are a team committed to proactive problem-solving and a mission-driven mindset. We are impact-oriented and thrive on the collaborative workshopping of ideas.
We are looking for people who are curious, generous and generative; who are comfortable, or at least willing, to lean into risk and discomfort; who are committed to action and experimentation; and who understand that innovation requires learning from experiments that don't always work ("fail fast to learn fast" ).
CoreAlign is a project of the New Venture Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity that incubates new and innovative public-interest projects and grant-making programs.
