Forward Community Investments

Forward Community Investments (FCI) is an investor, connector, and advisor for organizations and initiatives that reduce social, racial, and economic disparities across Wisconsin. We build stronger, healthier communities by working with other organizations to understand the root causes of social issues and by encouraging and supporting initiatives that make positive change possible.

Since 1994 FCI has supported Wisconsin based projects and programs by providing low-cost financing and financial expertise for: affordable housing, equitable access to information, economic development and basic social services. We have invested over $40 million in more than 100 organizations, making a difference in the lives of more than 330,000 people. Our relationships and flexible structure make us a trusted partner of individuals, nonprofits, financial institutions, foundations and investors wanting to make long-term sustainable change.
