South Asian Council for Social Services was created in 2000 with the mission to empower underserved South Asians to actively engage in the civic and economic life of New York City. SACSS assists individuals and families in navigating the three systems of Health, Education and Child Welfare. All of SACSS's programs are free and assist clients with various needs in these areas through direct services. SACSS' clients include, but are not limited to, South Asian and Indo-Carribean communities in New York City.
