California Community Access Foundation

CCAF is a non-profit corporation that specializes in improving access to telecommunications services for people with disabilities and other traditionally underserved populations. CCAF's primary work currently is to manage and operate the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP) through a contract with the California Public Utilities Commission. The DDTP provides specialized telecommunications equipment and services for people with disabilities in California, and is recognized as a model for the nation.
