The Transparent Justice Foundation was founded for the purpose of exposing corruption, malicious prosecution of the innocent and cronyism within the judicial system and law enforcement beginning with the state of Texas. TJF has compiled a massive amount of evidence in specific cases that clearly demonstrates how judges and prosecutors try to maintain clean hands as they go about their dirty work. TJF intends to make these machinations public in litigation carried out in a Federal Court of law under the Civil RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §1961-68) and Civil Rights (Title 42 U.S.C §1983). In law this is totally unprecedented. Judges have never been prosecuted under the Rico statutes. We are entering into uncharted territory. TJF will post every development online as it happens (pleading by pleading) along with commentary, insuring our viewers a "front row seat". This is an excellent educational opportunity that will provide a real life introduction to legal procedure and how to navigate within our courts.
