Unique Care Community Services, Inc. (UCCS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to serving and meeting the needs of individuals and families in our community. The purpose of our Social Day Care program is to improve the quality of life of Seniors through engaging and stimulating programs and activities. Our focus is to provide seniors with a daily schedule of structured recreational, nutritional and educational activities that is uniquely designed to encourage socialization, mental stimulation and the enjoyment of peer support. Our philosophy is to continually foster an innovative and creative environment as a means to improve our programs and service delivery. We aim to build an impeccable reputation in the community we serve so that families will continually seek after our services and potential donors will become life-long supporters.
