National Foundation on Fitness Sport and Nutrition

Overview: The National Foundation on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition (NFFSN) was created in 2010. The mission of the Foundation is to serve and strengthen the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition (PCFSN). We seek an experienced, dynamic individual, with strong association/nonprofit management, fundraising, financial expertise, communication, technological and public relations skills. Reporting directly to our Board of Directors, this position will provide the direction and leadership necessary to ensure the Foundation’s successful progress to achieve its mission. Most importantly, the Executive Director will re-examine the existing business model of the NFFSN and explore opportunities to diversify, expand and transform its revenue through new donors and partnerships that are aligned with the NFFSN and PCFSN missions.

About the NFFSN: The Foundation collaborates closely with the President’s Council and identifies strategic priorities which would further the purposes and functions of the Council. This includes cultivating private/public partnerships that encourage investments in the Council and Foundation priorities.(www.nffsn.org)
