INTRODUCTION
Community Rehabilitation Advocates for Transformation (C.R.A.F.T.) is a Non Governmental Organization in Ghana with registration # 37-317. With the tremendous support, shared values, concerns and dreams of a better society of our team, C.R.A.F.T. is able to identify social issues affecting our communities of people with disability.
People with Disability (PWD) often encounter attitudinal and environmental barriers that prevent their full, equal and active participation in society. These barriers encroach particularly on the wellbeing of persons with mental, physical or multiple disabilities. Therefore it is crucial to create an enabling environment for education and information of the general public about the inclusion of PWDs into the society, empower our communities of PWD and only then, can we fight poverty and bring about change in this segment of society and their community.

A community where every person irrespective of their social status, disability or limitation is functional, productive and is able to contribute to the development of the community they live in.
