About us

The Arkell Museum at Canajoharie is a museum of American art and Mohawk Valley History located in the historic canal village of Canajoharie, NY. The museum collection includes work by artists such as Winslow Homer, Andrew Wyeth, and the American Impressionists, as well as a strong collection relating to the Beech-Nut company. The Arkell features changing exhibitions and a full schedule of cultural programs including film, concerts, family programs and regional artists' exhibitions and workshops
