Through the Advanced Academic Programs, the Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences offers flexible graduate degrees and certificate programs that respond to the educational requirements of working adults seeking to pursue their professional and personal development through academic training.
Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) provides 15 part-time graduate programs and 5 part-time post-baccalaureate certificate programs. Our programs are offered on three campuses: Montgomery County Campus, Homewood Campus and Washington, DC. In addition to on-site courses, AAP offers a large variety of on-line courses including 5 programs that are fully online.

Master degrees and certificates include Applied Economics, Bioinformatics, Bioscience Regulatory Affairs, Biotechnology, Biotechnology Enterprise, Communication, Energy Policy and Climate, Environmental Studies, Geographic Information Systems, Global Security, Government, Liberal Arts, Museum Studies, National Security Studies, and Writing.
To provide as much flexibility as possible, we offer rolling Admissions.
