    Welcome to the Action Foundation CIG (AFCIG) page on idealist.org.

    AFCIG is Cameroon's leading Youth Development CSO. AFCIG is specialized in: conducting research, developing and implementing programs to assist underprivileged youths especially in the domains of human and electoral rights, health, education and training and the environment.

    Mission: AFCIG exist to enable youths attain independence through self-help, good health and entrepreneurship, in a culture of excellence, gender sensitivity, leadership and innovation.

    Our Vision Vision: To assist 10 000 youths including 6 000 girls to lead healthy lives and attain independence through continuous self development by 30th December 2015.

    AFCIG has implemented a host of initiatives with outstanding results in partnership/with support from the WordBank and the Catholic Relief Services, the Netherlands Development Organization SNV, Population Services International Partner-ACMS Cameroon, the US embassy in Cameroon etc
