The Center for International Relations (CIR) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan tax exempt (501(c)(3) organization based in the Washington, D.C. area. Our mission is to promote the exchange of global views and information about international affairs and economics topics, promote constructive dialogue, and build networks of involved participants to discuss, collaborate, and construct realistic approaches to international affairs and economics issues.
