First Literacy opens life-changing educational opportunities for adults and their families.
The essence of First Literacy is our belief in the power and possibility of literacy for all.
Created in 1988, First Literacy mobilizes private funds and public awareness to meet the literacy needs of thousands of Greater Boston adults and families. We have helped over 35,000 adults reach their educational goals and become more effective parents, workers, and community members.
