About us

The Festival took off in April of 2004 as an endeavor to bring real music back to Arizona while getting the community together for a great cause: our children. Each year, the festival brings together a number of bands from a wide variety of genres from all over the world to Arizona. The Festival takes place on the last weekend of April every spring.

If you have never been to a music festival, come to ours. Experience the spirit that is cultivated when people join together and have a good time. Bring your kids. Make some friends. There is a silent auction/raffle, marketplace, drum circle, acoustic stage, Kid's Zone and more.

Be a part of helping to give back to the community – all proceeds, yes 100%, raised from the Festival are donated to two charities – Phoenix Children's Hospital and Ear Candy.

The McDowell Mountain Music Festival exists to integrate and support the community, the arts and the underprivileged.

  • To connect the community through a festival gathering
    including music, arts and food.
  • To entertain the community, companies and their employees.
  • To educate the underprivileged.
  • To support the arts in an effort that they may grow
and exist for future generations to enjoy.
  • To provide financial support & education to family based charities
in an effort to provide equitable advancement for the underprivileged.
