About Us
12 PLUS (12+) aims to increase educational equity by building school cultures that inspire academic achievement and empower students to pursue education beyond the 12th grade. 12+ partners with high schools in the greater Philadelphia and Camden areas to redefine what is possible for their students. Through a three-pronged approach to create welcoming learning environments, provide individualized support, and implement practical college-access resources, 12+ seeks to transform school cultures and inspire students to unlock their full potential.
