JCIE/USA is a nonpartisan, US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1975. It works in close partnership with JCIE/Japan, one of Japan’s top international affairs institutes. JCIE/USA is committed to deepening understanding of the importance of US-Japan relations, cultivating ties between up-and-coming leaders in both countries, engaging leaders across the political spectrum, equipping civil society to contribute more fully to US-Japan relations, and sparking US-Japan cooperation in making the world more open and secure.
