The Ballet School of Stamford

The Ballet School of Stamford provides excellent training in dance to children ages 3 to 18 and adults. We believe that dance education teaches more than technique including discipline, focus and music appreciation. We present dance programs free for 1500 students each spring. We provide classes through social service organizations and schools to students who otherwise would not have the opportunity. The Ballet School of Stamford also offers programs for adults that include classes in Harmony Yoga, Barre Results, and Adult Ballet.
