The Randolph School

Since 1963, we have been nurturing a sense of wonder in every child, every day. We are committed to the greatest possible self-fulfillment of every child. We are proud to be part of this 56-year history and look forward to getting to know those who share our values around the developmental needs of children ages 3-11.  

Our leafy campus sprawls over five acres and encompasses some wild woods and a flowing creek. At Randolph, the outdoors are an integral part of the curriculum, serving as both a classroom and a teacher. Our indoor classrooms are located in a pre-Civil War home and carriage house, and are complemented by a brand new studio and library space.

The Randolph School's curricular approach is based on one of our founding principles, that living and learning are interdependent. integrating areas of study, in which information and materials are presented in a challenging, relevant, and open-ended way. Children engage in hands-on projects, such as creating a restaurant, writing a field guide, building a rocket, or planting a garden. This stimulates curiosity, creativity, innovative thinking, and a life-long love of learning. Experiences with the natural environment and the arts are consistently built into the learning we do at Randolph School.

The Randolph School is accepting resumés for experienced, progressive educators for our Pre-K & Elementary programs, as well as for Afterschool Enrichment programs. Full-time employment at the Randolph School comes with an industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and additional, optional offerings including tuition remission for staff children.
