The We women foundation is dedicated to empowering women from marginalised ethnic communities in Myanmar. By providing professional and educational opportunities to the strong women of Myanmar, the We women foundation strives to build their capacity so that they can make and influence policy decisions which are too often made by outsiders.
How does We women help women?
- Higher education: We women assists those who have the ability to effect change in their communities through the award of scholarships and long-term support to a select number of qualified women.
