Description

This organization is dedicated to the exchange and
training of biomedical research scientists from Latin
America. Special interests include biomedical
research that has specific applications to the health
needs of Latin America. Includes student and
professor exchanges between Latin American
countries and biomedical research and public
health institutions in the United States.

Exchanges from 3 months to 3 years are usually
arranged.

General Congress (SILCIBIO) every two years.
Focused Meetings are organized when needed.

Training in the US is facilitated for University
students and faculty.

International collaborations are arranged.

Some activities funded trough private contributions.
