About National Education Foundation CyberLearning:

The non-profit National Education Foundation d/b/a CyberLearning was founded after discussions with President Clinton, VP Gore, Intel Founder Dr. Gordon Moore and others in 1993. Currently, CyberLearning hosts over 1,000 high-quality web-based online Information Technology (all levels and all topics), Management (Harvard ManageMentor) and Testprep (Barrons SAT, GRE etc) courses. Since CyberLearning's main mission is bridging the digital divide, it provides students and staff of disadvantaged non-profits, schools
and colleges scholarships/grants to access the courses (unlimited 24x7
access) and a state-of-the art LMS (Learning Management System capable of
student tracking, pre and post tests and customized reports) for less than
$5 per month ( CyberLearning calls this the "McDonald Meal Plan program"-
Give up one McDonald Meal a month, improve your health and become either
fully IT-literate or an IT professional or a better manager or a better
prospect for college admission with a better SAT score!). CyberLearning also
provides the courses to non-disadvantaged organizations at a very
competitive low fee and uses the funds to give grants to the disadvantaged.

CyberLearning has become the foremost non-profit digital divide bridging
training program both nationally and globally with over 150,000 students in
the US, Jordan, India and other countries. CyberLearning is training most of
the disadvantaged high school students in NJ and most of the university
students in Jordan. CyberLearning is planning to launch a program to train a
million Indian engineering and scince students in IT later this year.
