AllCare provides diverse, multicultural children, youth and adults facing adversity with exceptional services and resources to increase access to high quality, inclusionary, educational and healthcare opportunities that transform their future for the better. Our Medicaid Services Coordination unit provides active assistance to persons with developmental disabilities such as Autism spectrum disorders, Down's Syndrome, intellectual disability, Cerebral Palsy, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, ADHD, hearing loss, learning disability, vision impairment and other developmental delays, as they navigate community and service systems in pursuit of the necessary and desired services and supports that will assist them in achieving or maintaining their personal goals and outcomes.

We help clients access necessary supports and services including medical, social, educational, psychosocial, employment, habilitation, rehabilitation, financial, residential, and legal services, as available and in accordance with the person's needs and valued outcomes, as expressed in the client's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Our Learning Ladder Pre-School and Day Care Center offers full day care to children 2 .9 to 5 years. We are a unique program in which preschool children with typical, age appropriate development are educated directly alongside preschool children with special needs. This inclusionary setting offers benefits for all of the children and provides all of the families of the community with a day care center staffed by experts, based on developmentally and age appropriate curricula, committed to meeting the needs of all children, and built on the goal that each and every child will be given the resources to, climb step-by-step, to achieve his or her potential.
