The Social Enterprise Boot Camp is a unique, hands-on event facilitated by leading practitioners and faculty from three of New York's top schools: Columbia, NYU, and SVA. The Boot Camp is a series of participatory, practical workshops where current and aspiring social entrepreneurs learn from pioneers in social enterprise how to sharpen the tools and build the relationships they need to get social ventures off the ground. <br />The 2011 Boot Camp builds on the success of the first version, organized in 2010 by students of NYU and Columbia. With the School of Visual Arts joining as third partner, the 2011 Boot Camp provides a multi-disciplinary and practical approach to social enterprise, as well as unique networking opportunities for all its participants.
