Gateway Community Action Partnership

Gateway Community Action Partnership is the federally funded Community Action Program designated to serve Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties in southern New Jersey. Additionally, Gateway CAP also provides programs in Atlantic (Weatherization), Cape May (WIC), Camden (Early Head Start) and Mercer (Head Start) counties. The agency's mission is to provide services that improve the quality of life and promote self-sufficiency of those in our community. We run nearly 50 different programs, from Head Start to an urban farm to housing and energy assistance programs, and more.
