About Us
Youthnet provides caring and supportive social services to children, youth and families to help them attain a productive and successul life. Our programs serve youth and families in Whatcom, Skagit, Island,San Juan and Snohomish Counties with our office in Mount Vernon, Washington. Youthnet's programs include Foster Care, Independent/Transitional Living Services, SETuP (Supplemental Education Transition Program), Parent Support Programs (Triple P, Incredible Years, and SafeCare, and Emerson High School.
