    Our mission is to educate, encourage, support, inspire, and advocate for people to improve the quality of life in and around the garden by growing food.

    We meet our mission through our:

    • food-related and edible gardening education program for adults and youth (www.BarrettsWorld.com) and Raindrops speakers bureau (email for more information);
    • Peoples Victory Garden program open community and school gardens sponsorship and management (www.Facebook.com/PeoplesVictoryGarden4U);
    • Longevity Community promoting nutrition, movement, connection, relaxation, and purpose for healthy eating and active living as found in many longevity hot spots throughout the world (website coming soon);
    • Food Advocacy Crew participates in local urban food justice coalitions working with government entities to implement climate action plans and to advocate for individuals and schools growing need for community resilience through growing food, saving watering, conserving energy and building community resilience.
