About Us
Yin Radio ( http://www.yinradio.org ) launched in 2006 on a local, Idaho, independent and non-profit station, KRFP 92.5FM (http://www.radiofreemoscow.org ). The program explores feminine characteristics and women's roles, values, and concerns in society, politics, media, finance, education, and more. I use a combination interviews, essays, stories, and music for each week's theme.
The show airs live Saturdays at 12noon-1pm (Pacific Time) from Radio Free Moscow (KRFP 92.5 FM) in Moscow, Idaho. Yin Radio is syndicated and appears on the regular schedule of Thin Air Radio (KYRS) in Spokane, WA and "the detour" in Appalachia (WETX, Johnson City, TN). Segments have appeared on the weekly program "Listen Up! Northwest" and on Simon Fraiser University's station in BC, Canada.
