  • About Us

The mission of The Where Y'all At Project is to engage at-risk youth in theatre arts before they become lost to the desperate world of drug abuse and distribution. Where Y’all At? (WYA) was established in 2005 and became a fiscal beneficiary to Community Law In Action (CLIA: http://www.communitylawinaction.org/) in 2011. WYA began as a play written, directed, produced and starring Mike Williams. The autobiographical play highlights a large problem in Baltimore’s Inner-City: the drug game. The goal was to use this play to bring awareness to the ongoing war on drugs in Baltimore and to involve at-risk youth in the production of his play. WYA is evolving into an afterschool art program where students gain opportunities for positive change.
