RACC is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to foster international cooperation through the promotion of Russian and American visual and performing art. The New York City Russian-speaking community is well over 600,000 today and our goal is to unite the two communities through shared experience and mutual values. RACC is the only organization in New York with this mission statement.
