About Us

Based on the belief that every child deserves a family, World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP) places children who are unable to live with their biological families into loving adoptive homes and provides support services. In countries where WACAP unites children with adoptive families, WACAP provides nutrition, healthcare and education to orphaned and impoverished children to improve their quality of life and prevent child abandonment.

World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP) is one of the largest and most experienced international and nonprofit adoption and child assistance agencies in the United States. Founded in 1976 by a group of adoptive parents, WACAP places children in need of parents with adoptive families and provides medical, educational and financial aid to needy children. WACAP works in China, India, Korea, Thailand, Romania, Russia and the United States.
