University at Buffalo School of Public Health & Health Professions

The School of Public Health & Health Professions (SPHHP) was created in 2003 by merge of the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine and key units from the School of Health Related Professions. The School's goal is to create an environment in which researchers, educators, public health and other health professionals and students can work together to explore problems and produce innovative solutions to the health needs of populations and individuals. The SPHHP includes five departments (Biostatistics, Community Health & Health Behavior, Exercise & Nutrition Sciences, Rehabilitation Science, and Social & Preventive Medicine), and provides undergraduate, graduate and professional degree programs.
