About Us
The Education Association for China Tomorrow, Inc. ("EACT") is a 501 (C)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Maryland in 2006. EACT can trace its history to the International Education Foundation, an organization founded by a group of scholars who were concerned with China's education and development in 1999.
Through more than one decade’s growth and development, EACT has become a quite active and influential nonprofit organization not only around Metro DC area but also internationally, particularly in the field of education enhancement and cultural/educational exchange promotion.
