About Us

The vision for The International Art Collective began in 2005 when the founding IAC President, Jason Downing was living and working in various locations around the world.

Interesting pieces of art were sought for his own collection, and as time passed he realized that while many of these artists had great talent, few were known outside of their immediate communities and often did not have a way to display their work.

The need existed to provide greater visibility for newly emerging talent from the global art community.

The IAC was founded as a nonprofit organization and provides the means not only to help discover new and exiting artistic talent from around the world, but the chance to get their work shown and appreciated by the global artistic community.

The IAC depends on generous donations from individuals and corporate sponsors.
