About Us
UNITE HERE is a labor union that is helping to lead the fight to organize hundreds of thousands of low-wage workers - many of them African-Americans, immigrants, and women -- in hotels, casinos, institutional cafeterias and airport concessions. UNITE HERE Local 7 is focused on building power for workers in Maryland’s strategically important hospitality sector. We are based in Baltimore but organize statewide.
We are committed to movements for workers’ rights, immigration reform, Black Lives Matter, LGBTQ, immigration justice and environmental justice.
