Cramer Hill Community Development Corporation
(CHCDC) is a community based development
organization committed to resident driven
revitalization of the Cramer Hill neighborhood of
Camden, New Jersey. CHCDC's goals are: to create
affordable housing and build a mix-income
neighborhood; strengthen economic opportunity;
promote the development of improved community
facilities; empower community residents through
community organizing and development activities;
and assist families who are being relocated due to
redevelopment activities so that their lives will be
minimally disrupted, they find safe and decent
replacement housing and are afforded access to job
and educational opportunities.
