Description

Our mission is helping Vermont's needy elders and people with a disability so they can continue to live independently and stay connected to their communities. N2N AmeriCorps members do community organizing and work with volunteers to provide assistance for elders and individuals with a disability. We also organize programs on healthy living and successful aging.
