The National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) is the leading workforce association representing the roughly 575 employer-led, locally driven Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) that oversee all of the employment and training programs delivered at the local level under the Workforce Investment Act and other workforce development programs. NAWB provides a comprehensive program of advocacy, training and technical assistance, communication, and strategic partnership development in order to strengthen the capacity of the WIBs to serve as community leaders and improve our nation's overall workforce development system.
