    Girls Council's mission is Empowering girls to become strong women through researched based gender specific programming services and a residential placement project. We serve girls from age 9 - 18 through girls groups within our community. We teach our girls how to be aware of possible situations that may lead to poor outcomes for themselves, and how to build on their potential by empowering them through their own successes.
