The Delaware American Civil Liberties Union is a non-profit, non-partisan, public interest organization that seeks to protect the freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. The ACLU maintains, defends and advances civil liberties and civil rights including the freedoms of speech, press, religion, association and the rights to franchise, to due process of law and to equal protection of the laws for all people in Delaware and the United States. Our purposes are sought without political partisanship.
