The Institute on Disability and Public Policy focuses on the analysis and understanding of public policy for persons with disabilities. We contribute to the vision of an ASEAN region that is inclusive, barrier-free and rights-based, where people who are disabled are leaders in the determination of their own destinies.We offer an accredited Master's Degree in Comparative and International Disability Policy (CIDP).

To be the preeminent institute for 1) partnering with governments to foster public policies that promote people with disabilities entering society to compete on a par with their non disabled peers, and 2) preparing disabled leaders in the field of public policy.
The IDPP examines the relationship between disability studies and public policy, and focuses on the analysis and understanding of public policy for persons with disabilities. The IDPP has four key objectives that it has been specifically designed to meet in cooperation with its university and outreach partners:
