Having worked with the Nonprofit Sector for over 8 years our staff as an excellent idea as to what kind of candidate would best at each organization. We try to get a great feel from the client as to what the right person would be in their role. We don't look to just make a placement we look to make the right placement. We rarely have to refill long term positions which cuts down on wasted time for the hiring manager which is great.
