Robert K. Greenleaf founded the nonprofit Greenleaf Center (first called "The Center for Applied Ethics") in 1964. The mission of the Greenleaf Center is to advance the awareness, understanding and practice of servant leadership by individuals and organizations. It pursues this mission a wide range of servant leadership programs and publications, including a world-class annual conference, speaker's bureau, seminars and workshops, a virtual academy and customized training fit to a particular context.
The Greenleaf Center pursues the vision of Robert K. Greenleaf: "A better society, one that is more just and more loving, one that provides greater creative opportunity for its people."
