StreetWise Partners (SWP) is a cutting edge non-profit founded in New York City in 1997. SWP provides one-on-one job training and mentoring to low-income or unemployed individuals through intensive weekly skill-building sessions with volunteers from prominent corporations and organizations. SWP currently works with over 550 volunteers and trains over 275 clients annually in New York and Washington, DC.
In Washington, DC, SWP has worked with over 100 volunteers from over 60 corporations in and around Washington, DC. Many of our volunteers in Washington, DC come from leading corporations including Accenture, Amgen, Booz Allen Hamilton, Cambridge Associates, Carlyle Group, CRA International, Corporate Executive Board, Fannie Mae, Gallup Group, International Finance Corporation, and The World Bank.
