Description

Since 1984, Connections for the Homeless has helped people deal with the effects of poverty, hunger, and homelessness.

Connections' mission is to work with a variety of communities in northeast Cook County, Illinois through direct services and education to prevent and reduce homelessness among individuals and families. The agency is a valuable community resource that provide experienced and informed responses to homlessness and numerous opportunities for volunteers to express their commitment to a compassionate and civil society.
