C.A.D.D.R.U stands for “The Assistance Centre for Sustainable Development of Human Resources”, in Romanian “Centrul de Asistenta pentru Dezvoltare Durabila si Resurse Umane”, MISSION: Our mission is Sustainable Development through Human Resources Development VISION: Our Vision is Active involvement of public and private organisations in formal, informal and non-formal education towards social and civic responsibility, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, entrepreneurship, empowerment and increasing the quality in projects’ management. VALUES: o Non-political involvement o Volunteership o Quality, Flexibility, Transparency and Performance o Sustainable Development, Active Involvement and Social Responsibility OBJECTIVES: In order to achieve our mission, we maintain three general objectives: o Forming (training, coaching, mentoring, non-formal education, youthwork) o Informing (publications, news, eContent, networking, information campaigns, etc.) o Performing (consultancy, technical assistance) PROJECTS & ACTIVITIES: CADDRU is a young organisation, founded in 2007. Starting 2008, C.A.D.D.R.U. developed or got involved in over 40 projects.
