Kale Uganda is a non-profit organization based out of Jinja, Uganda that works with local Ugandans of all ages and walks of life to be inspired to be effective and self-reliant. Kale focuses on a variety of programs; To achieve our goals we work in the fields of food security, sustainable wealth creation, education and gender equality. Ugandans bring their local experience and hopes, while Kale brings technical know-how. Kale hopes that our work with Ugandans can lead to a future where not only our organisation, but development of the country as a whole, can be owned and operated by Ugandans.
