The ultimate aim of the New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Until that goal is achieved, our immediate vision is to provide leadership in creating and sustaining a comprehensive and humane system of patient care and family support which enhances the quality of life for persons affected by the disease.
